I'm a fourth-generation Seattleite, from a family whose work and reputation have helped shape the city over generations. That history gave me an enduring respect for Seattle, its communities, and the role real estate plays in both.

Over the past two decades, I have represented buyers and sellers across Seattle, the Eastside, and the Pacific Northwest. My knowledge of the region is both professional and deeply personal, shaped by lifelong familiarity and longstanding family roots here. That perspective gives my clients a distinct advantage: a wider field of possibilities, more informed comparisons, and access to communities offering the value and qualities they want, including places they might not have initially considered.

The clearest expression of who I am is the value I place on genuine connection with people. Whether I am spending time with family and friends in the mountains, fishing in the San Juans, or cheering on the Seahawks, relationships are central to how I experience the Northwest and approach my work. I bring that same care to the people I represent by listening to their stories, understanding the circumstances shaping their decisions, and building the trust that makes a meaningful connection possible.

I practice with Windermere Real Estate Co. out of the Madison Park office. The brokerage gives me the reach of one of the Northwest's most established firms. The practice itself is personal, one conversation at a time.
